Praisio is a customer feedback tool for local businesses: restaurants, salons, clinics, hotels and shops. Customers tap an NFC card or scan a QR code at your counter, rate their visit, and then choose to share it on Google or send it privately to you. You see everything in one dashboard, along with what customers mention most and help writing replies.
No. The card or code opens your feedback page in the phone's normal browser. There's nothing to install and nothing to sign in to.
Never. Every customer sees the "Share on Google" option, whether they gave 1 star or 5. Private feedback is an extra choice for people who'd rather tell you directly, not a way to keep them off Google. Filtering reviews by rating goes against Google's policies, and it isn't honest.
NFC is the same tap technology used for contactless payments. Most recent phones read it: the customer holds their phone near the card and your page opens. Phones without NFC can scan your QR code instead, which opens the same page.
Create an account, confirm your email, and set up your business: name, category and your Google review link. Then choose a plan and pay by UPI. Once we've confirmed the payment, your dashboard unlocks and we ship your starter kit.
