Terms of service

Your account

You need a confirmed email address to create an account. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be allowed to act for the business you set up, and the Google review link you add must be for that business.

Plans and payment

• Plans are paid in advance, for 6 or 12 months, by UPI. Prices are shown on our pricing page and include the starter kit.
• After you pay and tell us in your dashboard, we confirm the payment and switch your plan on. Your plan runs from the day it's switched on, or from the end of your current plan if you renew early.
• Plans don't renew automatically. We never debit you without you choosing to pay.
• When a plan ends, everything keeps working for 7 days. After that the dashboard is locked until you renew. Your cards and codes keep working and send customers to your Google review page.

Hardware

Cards and standees are set up for your business and shipped to the address you give us. They're yours to keep. See refunds and shipping for delivery and replacements.

Using Praisio fairly

You agree not to:

• Filter, discourage or treat customers differently based on their rating.
• Offer incentives for reviews, or post reviews about your own business.
• Use Praisio for a business you don't run, or link to another business's review page.
• Break Google's policies, the law, or anyone's rights.
• Try to access other businesses' data or interfere with the service.

Read our honest review policy. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Reply drafts

The reply writer uses AI to suggest replies. Drafts can contain mistakes, so read and edit them before posting. You're responsible for anything you post.

Google and other services

Praisio sends customers to your Google review page but isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google. We can't control what Google shows, removes or changes, and we don't promise any number of reviews or any rating.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Praisio running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions? Contact us.
