For your customer

The customer taps the NFC card with their phone, or scans the QR code. Your page opens in their browser.

Stars, a few quick tags and an optional comment, all on one screen. It takes under a minute.

Share it on Google with their words already copied, or send it privately to you. Both options, for every rating.

The page opens with your business name at the top. The customer taps a star rating, picks what stood out, and can add a few words.

Then they choose where it goes
Both choices sit side by side for every rating. If they choose Google, their comment is copied and your Google review page opens, so they only have to paste it. If they choose private, it comes straight to you.

Create your account
Sign up with your email and confirm it from the link we send you.

Set up your business
Add your business name, type and your Google review link. We start you off with feedback tags that suit your business, and you can change them any time.

Choose a plan and pay by UPI
Pick 6 or 12 months. Scan the UPI code at checkout, pay from any UPI app, and tap "I've paid".

We confirm and ship your kit
Once we've confirmed your payment, your dashboard unlocks and your starter kit (1 acrylic standee + 2 NFC cards) is on its way, already linked to your page.

Place the standee on the counter and the cards where customers sit or pay. Feedback starts arriving with the first tap.

Open your dashboard on your phone whenever you have a minute.
- Read new feedback
- Private messages and Google shares in one list, newest first. Filter by rating, review code or date.
- Spot patterns
- Insights shows which tags keep coming up, so you can tell a one-off from a real problem.
- Reply to reviews
- Paste a Google review into the reply writer and pick from three drafts.
If your plan ends, everything keeps working for 7 days while you renew. After that the dashboard locks, but your cards keep working: they send customers straight to your Google review page.
