If you leave feedback for a business

When you open a business's Praisio page by tapping a card or scanning a code, we collect:

• The star rating, tags and comment you choose to give.
• Whether you chose to share on Google or send it privately.
• Which of the business's cards or codes you used, and when.
• Your browser's user agent (the type of browser and device), so we can count visits and leave out automated traffic.

We don't ask for your name, phone number or email. Your feedback is shared with the business you rated. Your browser also remembers, on your own device, that you recently left feedback, so we can thank you instead of showing the form again.

If you choose to share on Google, we copy your comment to your phone's clipboard and open the business's Google review page. What you post there is between you and Google, under Google's own privacy policy.

If you run a business on Praisio

We collect:

• Your account email and password (the password is stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Your business details: name, type, city, logo, Google review link, WhatsApp number and email if you add them.
• Plan requests and payments: the plan, the amount, and the UPI reference you give us.
• Kit orders: the delivery address and contact phone you give us.
• Text you paste into the reply writer.

We use this to run your account, show you your feedback, confirm payments, ship hardware and contact you about your account.

If you request a demo

When you fill in a demo form, we collect your name, mobile number, business name, city, type of business, the best time to call and any message you add. We use it only to contact you about a demo and about Praisio, and we keep it for as long as we need to follow up.

Who we share data with

We don't sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers to run Praisio, who process data only on our behalf:

• Supabase, for our database and sign-in.
• Vercel, for hosting the website and app.
• Anthropic, to write reply drafts. When you use the reply writer, the review you paste and your business name are sent to generate the drafts.
• Couriers, who receive your delivery address and phone to deliver kits.

We may also share data if the law requires it.

Cookies and storage

Praisio uses cookies only to keep business owners signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The customer feedback page uses your browser's local storage, as described above.

How long we keep data

We keep account and feedback data while the business's account is open. Payment and order records are kept as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Business owners can also edit their details in Settings. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
