These places run on trust, built one visit at a time. But online, all that care gets squeezed into a star rating, often written by the few people who had a bad day, while most happy customers smile, pay and leave without a word.

We started Praisio in Pune because we think those businesses deserve better. Not tricks to hide bad reviews, and not dashboards full of numbers nobody has time to read. Just a simple way for every customer to be heard: a tap at the counter, a few seconds on their phone, and an honest choice about where their words go.

For owners, that means more of your happy customers on Google, and the quiet complaints reaching you while you can still fix them.
